Eastern Mediterranean Olive Oil Summit. He is trained in IOOC olive oil
tasting techniques. In our best year we supplied over 20% of the Turkish bottled extra
virgin olive oil that went to the US. (7% of all
bottled Turkish Olive Oil exports to the US). Our olive oil has been
sold in over 7,000 stores in 30 US states.

Quality: We work with an IOOC approved lab which has
state-of-the-art HP equipment and can
catch any detectable adulteration. We have not had a single claim or
quality issue relating to any of the olive oil we have supplied.

Consistency: Our producers buy only the best olives
directly from the growers and press them in their own crushing plants
(bypassing the bulk traders). Then
it is stored in air conditioned facilities in chrome tanks.
